Meet the Management Team

Proprietor and Manager

Tracey Hustings

Tracey set up Little Petals in 2025, after working in the childcare sector for 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience with SEN, mental health, new born babies and managing various other nursery settings.

Deputy Manager

Millie

Millie has been in child care for 10 years and joined Little Petals initially as a Room leader but it was quickly realised her experience and knowledge made her a great candidate as deputy. Based mainly in the 2 year to 4 year old room Millie leads the room by example offering quality interactions and support to all the children and staff.
